Action
Priority 4 aims to promote efficient
management of environmental resources
through a programme of research, development
and innovation. The objective
is to contribute to the improvement
of the natural environment by reducing
the major causes of degradation and
by promoting greater awareness in the
use of available resources. The action
plan will involve the creation of areas
and parks with facilities, the improvement
of information and monitoring systems,
research and technological innovation
in the exploitation of resources.
